are non invasive and visual only. These inspections do not meet industry inspection standards. No report is provided, it is verbal only.
Walkthroughs:
$150 (up to 4 dwellings)
WETT Basic Visual inspections
are a general overview of the readily accessible parts, of a solid fuel burning appliance, to determine if the system meets current regulations.
Basic Visual:
$140 (for initial appliance)
$60 (per additional appliance)
